Does a trip to Australia or Europe to recruit a player inflate the figure significantly? Why do the expenses for Indiana which is positioned in a basketball oriented state exceed all others by so much? So many questions.

I have a feeling it's just like how athletic departments report profit. There's not a required method to follow and people are reporting some things as recruiting expenses while others are not.
