Predictions for next season

I predict in the next season of Downton Abbey, Lord Grantham will have a serious heart attack, as a result of which Tom Branson will decide NOT to go join his brother in Boston after all because they'll need him too much at Downton.

 

Mr. Barrow will find "happiness."

 

Scotland Yard will suggest Rose killed Mr. Green with the candlestick in Trafalgar Square.

 

The scorned Mrs. Drewe will attempt to scuttle Lady Edith's hopes to marry her new love interest by threatening to reveal Marigold as Lady Edith's illegitimate child.  Mrs. Drewe will turn up dead, casting a pall of suspicion over Downton.

 

Speaking of Lady Edith, she'll realize "Marigold" was a stupid name for a kid, even in 1924, and try to change the child's name to something a little more posh, like Gladys or Chrysanthemum.

 

Sir Andrew White III will return from a 1-year exile in Poland to lead the Downton Cricket Team in googlies for the year.

 

And Edward Morrow will discover he's actually the grand-nephew of the Duke of Kryzyzawooski, which will inspire him to "elevate his game" when he matriculates to a university in the central plains of America.

 

Sooooo, those are my predictions.  Anyone else?

I'll go Clubber Lang on the bit and say "Pain".

I predict that the Husker Men's team will do a whole lot better next year. I'm not going to predict beating Creighton, but I am thinking that we will look a lot better.

 

I am predicting for the football team...they will do great...but I'm also predicting that as soon as the first loss by the team happens...the "He's not Bob and Tom...and needs to be fired" people will be crawling out of the woodwork.

 

I'm predicting a warmer than usual summer with maybe a 5% increase in rainfall from last year.

 

I'm also predicting that all the predictions above will be totally wrong. (just to cover my butt)
