OSU is on a 2 game skid...dropping road games to Michigan and Michigan St

 

With all due respect to Melo Trimble, D'Angelo Russell > Melo Trimble. Russell is a lottery pick if he decides to leave OSU.

 

Marc Loving is shooting 50% and 42% from 3 in conference. In his last two games he is 0-4 in 22 minutes since coming back from suspension.

Keep a lock on Russell & Loving & let the others shoot (contested, of course) in the half court. Recipe for keeping it close.

He hasn't scored less than 10 points in conference and has put up over 20 on 8 of 14 conference foes. If we can hold him to 10-16 points we are doing a pretty good job

I note Coach Miles compares Russell to Magic Johnson. Deliberate hyperbole or normal coachspeak? Also, Dan Dakich will be on ESPN so should make some interesting comments viz.our Huskers for a national audience. Certainly would be an inopportune time for another massive blowout by OSU or our usual team histrionics when calls don't go our way.
