– 4-game winning streak, what does that say about the maturity of this team?

– Who has been the biggest offensive difference maker?
– Also, compared to the rest of CBB, how easy is Nebraska’s road?
– Also, transfer QB Tanner Lee visiting Huskers this week.

BTPowerhouse's 1/22 Big Ten Tournament Bracketology: Iowa Hawkeyes Take Lead - BT Powerhouse

The middle remains a complete mess. Ohio State and Nebraska are tied at 4-3 and three teams -- including the formerly No. 1 ranked Spartans -- are tied at 3-4 behind those two in the standings. It's anybody's best guess how those five teams are going to shake out in the coming weeks. Notably, with Maryland at home this week, Michigan State is in serious trouble of potentially moving down to the bottom four in the conference.

2015-16 Week 11 Big Ten Basketball Power Rankings: Iowa Hawkeyes Nearly Unanimous At The Top - BT Powerhouse

#9 - Nebraska Cornhuskers (146 Points) +1

The Huskers had a pretty successful week, all things considered. To start, Nebraska went on the road and knocked off Michigan State in the Breslin. However, the Huskers followed that up by dropping a tough one at home to Michigan. Fans were certainly hoping for two wins, but given how Nebraska has played this year, even scoring one huge upset is pretty nice. This week, the Huskers only face Purdue on the road.

Five Takeaways: Michigan 81, Nebraska 68 - Maize n Brew

5. This win was very important for Michigan's tournament hopes.

To continue to slowly inch up the seed ladder, Michigan needed to beat Nebraska. Though the Huskers had beaten their previous four opponents, including a road win against Michigan State, their RPI still was only 150th. Therefore, a win in what would be a tough road contest in Lincoln would do little to improve Michigan's resume, while a loss could drop Michigan -- a projected #8 seed right now -- back onto the bubble. That Michigan walked into a raucous environment without Caris LeVert and took down the surging Huskers in what many considered to a coin-flip contest was significant. Now, KenPom projects Michigan will finish with a 22-9 (12-6 B1G) record. If that happens, Michigan safely will be in the NCAA Tournament and could be looking at a #5 or #6 seed. There are lots of time before then, but Michigan's place in the bracket looks comfier.

BTPowerhouse's 1/24 Big Ten Tournament Bracketology: Michigan Wolverines Surging - BT Powerhouse

I would take this.

Depends, I guess.  That would mean we would play NW back to back, since both team's regular season finale will be in Evanston.  If NW would beat us out there, it would be hard for them to beat us a 3rd time in Indianapolis.

KNTK - Drop the Mike:  Nebrasketball still has a road to the NCAA Tournament. How hard will the road be?

Will it take winning out? Is there a myth about a win total over from the way college basketball used to be? Also, Nebraska lands a couple of commits over the weekend, how is the class shaping up?
